Repair FAQ
The questions customers ask most, answered from Ohio Drone Repair's published Help Center.
Status and timing
How do I check the status of my repair?
Send your ticket or estimate number, the aircraft model, and the name or organization on the repair. [1]
Did you get my package?
Check your carrier tracking first. After the box is opened you get a short intake form by email; that email is your confirmation. [1]
How long until I get an estimate?
Within 2 business days of check-in. [1]
Cost and payment
How much will my repair cost?
Prices aren't guessed online. Every repair starts with a free bench inspection and a written estimate. [2]
Can you give me a ballpark from photos?
Photos and video help decide whether it's worth sending in. The price comes from the inspection. [2]
What if I decline the estimate?
You don't pay. [2]
Can I change my mind after approving?
Contact the shop right away. [3]
Models and agencies
My brand isn't listed.
Send the make and model to confirm whether it can be worked on. [4]
Older or discontinued models?
Parts availability varies by model and is confirmed on your estimate. [4]
Do you service docks on-site?
Contact the shop about your dock and site. [4]
We run a fleet. Can you help us plan?
Yes. Tell the shop about your fleet. [5]
