What are you seeing?
Do this first: power it off, remove the battery and don't fly it. Photograph the damage and keep the logs. [1]
Black feed, stuck gimbal, shaky video, spots on thermal. Remove the gimbal cover, restart aircraft and controller, calibrate and clean the lens. [2]
Dented, swollen or hot battery: don't charge it or fly with it. Keep batteries with you; don't ship them. [1]
Don't power off during an update. If it keeps failing, contact the shop before trying again. [2]
